wxMaskedNumCtrl - allowNone=True doesn't work

I turned dbg on in wxMaskedNumCtrl.py file. Apparently a None gets
converted to a string in a call to _Paste, and can no longer be cast
back to a long and raises an exception. This is very obvious if you
turn dbg on. My thirty second hack was to set the value to None if
it's an empty string. This is really a bug, and since no one
responded when I raised this issue I'll raise it again. I have
enough of a hack so it works for me, but it doesn't really work.

Thanks Sameer, for the bug report and the analysis. I haven't had
time to confirm and fix the bug yet, but I will do so for the next
release.
