wx.Toolbook with wx.TBK_BUTTONBAR style

Hi all,

I use Mac OSX 10.6, Python 2.7 64-bit and wxPython 2.9.1.1 cocoa. I try to create toolbook with style wx.TBK_BUTTONBAR, but it fail and result segmentation fault.

Please help, thanks.
