It came with one of Chris Fama'a contribs, and I think he hand-tweaked it after it was generated. We don't have the source images in CVS anywhere, although we probably should.

Yeah, the ErrorDialogs contrib. I can certainly get the original sources,
then whip out a script, but before going through all that, ErrorDialogs
needs to be worked over, which may be a problem since it depends on a .wdr
file for a lot of its gizzards.
What I plan for the demo (long term) is to totally eliminate the .wdr
dependencies, as that's not going to be so difficult, but ErrorDialogs will
be a challenge.
