wx/lib/plot.py with scrollbars patch

Yes, the plot.py seems quite practical due to its size.

One small question for plot.py, where to change the gridline to be
dashed or thinner than the axis.

Done. Is it ok to import the cursors from floatcanvas or should I
rather include them in plot.py?

Well, you could go either way, but I can't guarantee that I won't change
them in the future in FloatCanvas. However, if I know they are being
used elsewhere, I'll try harder to keep them around.

Robin: maybe we should start a collection of wxPython cursors that we
can use in various parts of the wxPython lib. Or better yet, in all of
wxWindows. The collection of stock cursors is pretty lame.
