wx.lib.agw.supertooltip - hight to low if body image is smaller then all text

Hi,

I noticed that if my image to be shown next to the text is smaller then the text the size of the STT window is to small in height.

Attached a patch which fixes this for me in 2.9.5

Hi Andrea and/or Robin,

This patch didn't make it into 2.9.5 final and I see the same

problem again.

The same change works for me.
