Window starts hidden in VSCode on OSX

MacOS window opens in the background and does not receive focus

**Operating system**: MacOS 13.6 (22G120) **wxPython version & source**: pypi wxPython 4.2.1 **Python version & source**: Python 3.11.6 **Description of the problem**: The window opens in the background and does not receive focus.
