Wiki Tutorial missing TextCtrl widget

I was looking at one of the Tutorials on the PyWiki and saw a section called “Core Widgets”. There were 20 or so, but I could not file my favorite:

“wx.TextCtrl”. I consider that a core widget. Wouldn’t you?

Thanks,

Robin

Just FYI, the wiki is a “community” maintained wiki, I don’t know
who wrote that page but many have added to it or updated it.
You are probably correct to consider wx.TextCtrl as a core widget.
Haven’t looked in detail at this Tutorial (btw, a link
would be more convenient so
one doesn’t have to search for it), but I see that it does show
samples for wx.TextCtrl.
If you like to improve on that page just create yourself an account
and edit it.
If you are looking for other tutorials you should probably look at
the following if you don’t already have.
Or Mike’s blog which has lots of things about wxPython:
