where did "new wxPyDocs" go?

Did this get removed from the home page by mistake? I have become
very reliant on the class/function references there - the wxDocs are
not as easy to deal with and missing the wxPython-specific modules.

It did get removed on purpose, but just the link. The docs are still there at wxPython API Documentation — wxPython Phoenix 4.2.2 documentation. I removed the link because that set of docs is pretty old (and certainly not "new" anymore,) not maintained at all, and had some things in it that are incorrect. I felt that using the C++ docs instead would be better and more accurate, especially for users of the 2.9 releases, until the Phoenix docs are more complete.
