URL for wPIA Book Errata

I've just looked on the manning.com site for the wPIA errata page, but
could not find it. I'd appreciate someone posting the URL.

   Specifically, I'm trying to find out which wx.Choices methods will work
with a wx.ComboBox. I'm getting duplicate entries in the dropdown,
apparently because of how the list is built, and I want to 1) delete the
duplicate item and 2) specify which one to place in the display portion of
the widget.
