Unable to install wxPython in CentOS 6.5

All of the dependencies that you list are parts of the wxWidgets,
(C++), package so you need to download and install the wxWidgets
-dev package to match your wxPython version, 2.8 is
severely out of date you should really be going for the 3.0 package.
