I have an app where I have a base BMP on a grey panel, and a small BMP with transparent background over it that I can move around. The small "top" BMP's transparency is the panel color, however, not that of the BMP under it.
I tried setting various style flags, but no go, yet.
Can this be done as such, or should I re-think it?
