Toaster Box

Hi Andrea!

I'm sorry if I wrote here. I sent you an e-mail to your address andrea.gavana@gmail.com but you don't answered me and I thought that your spam engine has trashed my mail (again)... :frowning:

I'm writing about TosterBox. A few days ago I wrote you to know how to make the toaster box scroll from up to down. You told me to modify your code. I've done and I would send you the modified code, to know if it's done correctly and if you want to do a patch with this. So if you're interested, please give me an e-mail address where I can send you the code...

Thanks

Luca

Patches to various projects in the wxPython community are regularly just
posted to the list. I don't see any reason for you not to do so in this
case either as Andrea can get it that way.

And yeah, I think he likes to post a non-working email so that he doesn't
get bugged by us in his personal box. Isn't that right, Andrea? I tried
emailing him a few months back and the same thing happened. And no, I
don't recall what I wanted to know. Can't really blame him since spamming
is almost 90% of all email sent according to Postini...ugh.

I am sorry to have been less present in the wxPython community, but
it's quite a stressing period at work. My email andrea dot gavana at
gmail dot com is a perfectly working one: unfortunately I didn't have
time to look into Luca's patch to ToasterBox, but I will update my
webpage with his contribution in the next few days.
Anyway, I don't know if you were sarcastic or not Mike, but I don't
feel "bugged" by anyone of the wxPython community members. I like to
receive feedbacks, bug reports and suggestions, but there are some
periods in a year in which my job is simply over-demanding. That being
said, I won't leave my widgets rot, as I continue to enjoy the
wxPython power every day and I use them very often.

Thanks Luca for the patch and Mike for the kick in the a**

I was just teasing you, Andrea. Looking at it, it is hard to tell though.
Sorry about that. I love your widgets, man!
