What is most suitable wxstructure for showing timer
i'm of course using wxTimer, but i'dont know how to draw it on panel effectively (without annoying flickering and memory leakage)

Well, I"m not sure what you mean by "drawing a time on a panel", but if
you mean something that looks like a clock, chech out
AnalogClockWindow.py in the demo.
