I would suggest downloading the wxPython demo app if you haven’t already (http://wxpython.org/download.php#binaries) and look at the notebook samples.

Is there a reason why you want to imitate the poor interface design Microsoft used for that Properties Dialog?
As you can see in Vista, they abandon it.
Take a look at the Demo in the “Book controls” section, for sure you will find something better there. :slight_smile:
