Does anyone know of a way to navigate between notebook pages via the TAB key? The notebook as a whole is in the tab order, but not individual pages...

Try Ctrl-TAB. It shoudl do it on wxMSW and wxGTK at least, although we discovered recently that depending what was on the notebook page it may or may not work on wxGTK...
