sticky notes ?

hello,

as tooltip delay doesn't seem to work,
and for some purposes I create large tooltips (say 1 page A4),
I wonder if someone has a nice working "sticky yellow note" ?

What about Andrea's BalloonTip? It looks like it can be any color and of
various sizes...although I didn't check the code to see if you can set the
size: http://xoomer.alice.it/infinity77/main/BalloonTip.html

However, if it does work as advertised (which I expect since Andrea made
it), then it should pop up like a Windows Update dialog does and it
probably won't go away unless you tell it to.
