I'll try the other group list. Looking at the download pages for both wxPython and Python, I saw different versions for Win32 and Win64, but I only found a Win32 version on your download page for SPE; hence my question! Anyone out there use SPE under a Windows 64-bit architecture?
That leaves me wondering too about the implications for developing applications for users of both architectures, but perhaps that's a question for another thread...

For applications, there's no particular incentive to switch, unless you
have a strong need for a huge address space. After all, 32-bit
applications work perfectly fine on Win64 and Linux 64.
Library developers need to worry, in case people want to built 64-bit
apps, and driver developers have to worry, but app developers have the
choice.
