Report Module in wxpython

Hi All,

I found ReportLab, that will create a pdf for me… Any comments…

We use ReportLab in Dabo; it is a very capable package.

  You might also want to take a look at Dabo and its reporting capabilities, which include a quick report feature that can be visually customized.

Is possible use your report designer separate of Dabo? Like independent tool only for design reports??

The Report Designer, like all of our visual tools, is written in Dabo, so you would at least have to install the framework.

To clarify, to design reports your development system would have to have Dabo installed. To run reports at runtime, you could do it without Dabo installed, at least currently, because the guts of reportWriter.py are not dependent on Dabo. That could change in the future, however.
