Renaming demo modules?

Robin,

A lot of the demo modules are named wxThis, wxThat, and so on. With the move
to the wx namespace, would it be appropraite to rename the demo modules as
we go along?

I've had thoughts both ways about this, but yes, I think so.

* Probably * want to do this as we go, since it's going to be a huge pain in
the neck if we wait for the final stages to do so. Probably need to add
something to the wiki about that.
