Does RegisterHotKey work under Win2K and WinXP? I'm not sure if the
documentation means it ONLY works under WindowsCE or if it will work
on others too.
I can get it to register the hotkey, ie I mean it returns "true" when
I try to register it, but it doesn't actually work when I try to use
it. I've Googled all over and searched the documentation, but I can't
figure it out.
