What security vulnerabilities (if any) exist when using the wxHtmlWindow
control? Does it run JavaScript? Does it run plugins, like Java or
Flash? Does it create cookies?

It's not a browser. It just displays HTML-formatted text. I don't believe that
it does any of the things you ask about.

None of the above. It's just a simple html layout engine that can also fetch content from URLs.
