ProgressDialog skip parameter always returns True

I came across this issue myself, found this thread, and thought I'd
see if there'd been an update since beginning of April when I got my
(now formerly ;o) current version. And wouldn't ya know it, 2 weeks
after! ;o)

So, downloaded, installed, but... same issue.

I am _NOT_ "complaining", merely wondering if that had fallen off the
radar?

AFAIK it was fixed by this change: wxTrac has been migrated to GitHub Issues - wxWidgets so you may be seeing something different but similar.

Please make a runnable, small as possible, sample application that demonstrates the problem you are experiencing and let us know the platform and wx version. MakingSampleApps - wxPyWiki
