Problem with the URL Drag and Drop demo

In the "Drag-and-Drop of URLs" demo, one can drag URLs into the top field
easily enough, and one can drag the URL from the bottom field out to a
browser.

However, one cannot drag the URL from the bottom field to the top field! Am
I missing something here? I'm trying to write an application where I may
need to drag URLs around in the same application.
