Hi, ALL,
I have a little problem.
On my machine I have wxPython 2.9.4 with python 2.7 on top of Windows
XP SP3 32-bit.
My script can be run without any problems.
On the old machine of my employer which has Windows 7 python 2.7 and
wxPython 2.9.4 the script was also running fine.
However he got a new machine which has Windows 8. He installed
wxPython 3.0.0 (classic) there and tried to run the script.
The script failed with the error (see attached).
If he comment out the datepicker control creation everything works.
This is brand new Windows 8 machine which does not have any locales
installed other than US English one.
What should I do?
Thank you.

This looks the same as the problem mentioned in thread "wx 2.9.5: Problem
with DatePickerCtrl and Locale" a little while ago.
You mean here on the wxPython ML?
Thank you.

Yes, but a 'little while ago' was actually late last year, i.e. 10/23/2013
Thank you for the tip.
Problem solved.
