Problem while installing wxpyhon 3.0.0.0 on Mac OS X 10.9.3

Hi All,

I’ve developed using wxPython last weeks and tried to install wxPyhon on new machine, which is Mac OS 10.9.3, and filed. On 10.9.2, downloaded dmg file and pkg file was opened well, but on 10.9.3, system displays error message.

Do you have any similar experiences?

Best Regards,

Inska

I think this is the result of Apple’s increased security and bad error mesages.

The installers are built with old technology hat does not meet Apple’s new security requirements – you need to go into your system preferences and reduce the level of security (sorry on a old machine now – can’t tell you how…) and then it will install – then you can put that setting back.

Google a bit and you’ll find more explicit instructions.
