printing of an application window ?

hello,

is there an (easy) way to print the whole application window ?

( I now do it with alt-prtsrc, paste it in an editor and then print it )

This is asked rather frequently there are a number of examples in the
wiki and online.

Just as a side note this will only work on windows/linux right now as
in 2.8 there is no read access to the screen buffer in wxMac.
