Are you saying you want to write an application that hosts your current
Flash app? Or are you saying you want to rewrite your Flash application
as a Python application?
The first case is possible, but it's not clear that you gain anything
over running the app inside a browser.
Assuming it is the second case, there's really no way for us to advise
you. The term "Flash application" can mean anything. There's no doubt
that it is possible -- anything that can be done in Flash can be done in
Python with a GUI framework, but there are no automated tools to do that
conversion. You'll have to sketch out what the application needs to do,
and start building the pieces.
