Phoenix snapshot builds stopped?

There have been no new builds since 15th August. Is this by accident or design?

Maybe the buildbot's where down or there was no change triggering a new build.

There is one on 25th August now.

Buildbots status you can see here:

I now have the latest build, thanks for your response, especially the link to the buildbot status

The Phoenix snapshot builds appear to be stopped again. No full source .tar posted since 10/17.
Is this intentional?

The buildbot master is not super robust and it sometimes needs a kick in the rear to get unstuck and move forward again, and sometimes I forget to check on it for a few days.

Another possibility for no builds is that there haven't been any commits to the repositories/branches that it is fetching the source code from. If there is no new code since before the previous build then there is no need for a new build.
