Phoenix - pdfviewer doc update

Hi Andrea and Robin,

Attached is a patch with some more documentation updates for the pdfviewer package.

The code sample on the following page has two issues where "False" is shown as "``False``" - don't understand why, added an additional line in the patch, but I doubt that this will fix it.
