Interestingly, I don't have this in my python's install.log but you've
highlighted another file to check: Lib\site-packages\_sqlite.pyd.
I'll post this for my colleague to check in the morning. She's in China.

to clarify ... the install log should be in your base python directory ...
ie. /Python23/pysqlite-wininst.log
