missing EVT_AUI_RENDER event (wx 2.9 & 3.0)

Hello,

Event wx.aui.EVT_AUI_RENDER is not fired (or Bind is not working) in wx 2.9.5 (GTK&MSW) & wx 3.0.1 MSW.
wx 3.0.1 GTK is not tested yet.

Win XP / python 2.7
Ubuntu 13.10 / python 2.7

wx 2.8.* works ok.
