I'm really interested in doing new modules for wxPython, to use for my
own and share if I manage to do them good enough. Is there any
document, book, anything, to help me doing this ?

In addition to the book, (Manning Publications) there are some examples on the wiki http://wiki.wxpython.org, and also check out Andrea's modules at http://xoomer.alice.it/infinity77/eng/freeware.html.
