Layering

I do not understand how to control the layering of window elements
with wxPython.

One of my windows has a button that triggers a wxPopupTransientWindow
containing a wxCalendarCtrl. For some strange reason, the calendar
appears behind some of the window controls (a wxCheckBox and a couple
wxTextCtrl items) that were below the trigger button.

How do I tell the wxPython API that the wxPopupTransientWindow must
be z-order'ed above all other window items?

I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather
...not screaming in terror like his passengers.

Oops. Nevermind. I had it pretty screwed up, but it works now.
