I followed the wiki page example (http://wiki.wxpython.org/index.cgi/wxListCtrl_20ToolTips?action=highlight&value=labeltip) to activate a tooltip if the column label is not fully visable.
I am on Windows XP Pro and wxPython 2.4.2.4
Does this Wiki page apply to XP?
Any hints would be appreciated.

O.K. it actually does work for me too, BUT it is not really what I was looking for :-[
I do get a tool tip for the "ITEM", however I would like to get a tool tip for the column label when it is only partially displayed.
Is there a way to create/show a tool tip for a listctrl column header?
As always any hints are very appreciated.
