I have tried out the knobctrl and for some reason, the ticks on my knob aren't
nicely spaced. I am using the exact same code as in the demo. What might the
problem?

Without seeing a line of code, it's highly complicated to say: I can
not read your mind. Maybe a screenshot and a snippet of code that
demonstrates the problem would be useful.
