Quick Report is a componet used to print database data in a paper

Perhaps ReportLab http://www.reportlab.com is what you're looking for.
I don't know it, only know that it is used by dabo (http://www.dabodev.com)
Perhaps you should explain clearly what you want; you can't expect that everyone knows the same software as you or is willing to read through some website only to provide some help.
