Java finally released their WebStart server, a
response to the messy problems people were having with
the Swing/Java Plugin.

This is more of a remote installer than anything. It
installs what I think are self-updating Java programs
locally, and they run outside of the browser. It
seems they have given up on browsers for client
delivery.
Does any one have an idea how much work would be
involved for something like that be created for a
python/wxPython installer?
