Is wx.lib.editor supported or just included for reference?

It looks like it just got moved over to Phoenix. I believe to remain in Phoenix it would need to get its doc strings updated/added and it should get some basic unittests.

Unless somebody feels like giving it some love it probably should just be removed, or maybe moved over to the samples folder. It hasn't been very useful in a long time, especially since we have the STC and RTC classes available.
