There is still a team working on it, but paid staff has been trimmed and focus has been shifted to try and build the Chandler community so it can become more self-sustaining.

The license should allow it, but I doubt it would be an easy task as there is a large amount of dependencies upon and interaction with the rest of the Chandler infrastructure and data model.
