If it is really a virtual memory issue, it should
be possible to increase the size of the swap file
I guess.
Last time I looked at it, Windows set the amount of virtual
memory on disk equal to the amount of real memory installed.
Thus, the more need you had for virtual memory, the less you
got. It would reflect on MS if Windows ran even slower than
it does because of excess swapping of memory, so they didn't
allow it.
