Hi,
I just moved to Suse 10 and retrieved/compiled wxPython from source.
I do get this runtime error: ImportError: /usr/local/lib/libwx_gtk2_core-2.6.so.0: undefined symbol: pango_x_get_context when launch my program.
I tried to modify the root Makefile to add -lpangox-1.0 where the symbol is defined without any luck.
Any clue ?
Regards,
Philippe

I never compiled wxPython from source, but if you just want to install it on
S.u.S.E linux, you can use the fedora rpms. They work well with S.u.S.E 9.2.
Never tested it on S.u.S.E. 10, as I don't have it here.
Greetings

If they don't, try using the srsc.rpm:
rpmbuild --rebuilt TheNameOfTheRpm.src.rpm

If you are looking for the fedora rpms, I have them from the official
wxPython side:
