I couldn’t say for Ubuntu, but I had to make sure when I installed wx it didn’t go into the Lib of a previous version of python. On Python Windows installer the installer was looking into the registry to find where I had Python2.7 and found a registry entry pointing to an old version still installed, althought I wanted it into the Panda3d\python…\Lib\site_packages\ … y
