HyperTreeList doesn't use the foreground (text) color of items when
wx.TR_FULL_ROW_HIGHLIGHT is True and when the item also has a
background color. Instead it will use wx.BLACK to draw the text. The
background color is drawn correctly. See attached sample app that
demonstrates the bug. The attached patch fixes the issue for me.
