Has the PrinterSetup method been deprecated or moved for this version (2.5.4.1)?

Yes. The PrinterSetupDialog has also been deprecated, and you are supposed to use the printer preferences button on the print dialog, or something like that. The HtmlEasyPrinting.PrinterSetup method was just removed entirely instead of deprecating it, I'm not sure why.
