So far I could not use any of your hints because I do not find any of
these modules: win32event, ctypes, win32pdh, win32api. I think they
belong to win32all that I do not have installed. Is there other way
than using win32all?
Which Python distribution for Windows comes without win32 modules?
Sorry, if you aren't on Windows, they're useless anyway, but there are better ways on Linux etc.
I think win32all's licence is more restrictive than Python's,
am I correct?
I don't think their license is reviewed by a lawyer. 
Did you find any restriction that affects your work?
