How to change wxpython some default button's language?

I used wx.Wizard to do some thing, I found the buttons in the bottom
"back", "next", "cancel" can't be change by program, I want change
them to Chinese, how to do it. I found
\wx-2.8-msw-unicode\wx\locale\zh_CN path has a mo file, but I don't
know how to use it, and set it to default language.
