Grid Label Renderers on Phoenix

Hi,
on phoenix (version 2.9.5.81-r74659 msw),
the methods _onPaintColLabels and _onPaintRowLabels on module
wx.lib.mixins.grilabelrenderer are calling respectively the methods
CalcColLabelsExposed and CalcRowLabelsExposed, which are no longer present
in module wx.grid (as was in wxPython classic).
