Getting PyAUI not to hide caption wIhen floating and has gripper

Hello,

I just discovered the very cool grippers that PyAUI has. Though I
noticed that when I float a pane which has a gripper, its caption
becomes hidden. How can I prevent this?

Note that I observed this phenomenon on Windows; On Mac for example it
doesn't happen.
