Future PEP8 compliance

Yeah, there was quite the discussion in the python-dev mailing list in
regards to whether words_with_underscores was more readable than
StudlyCaps. Some international users find reading
words_with_underscores easier to read than StudlyCaps, which is
basically why they went with it.

Hmm... did they also prefer ALL_CAPITALS_WITH_UNDERSCORES as being
easier to read, too? They'd love raw wxPython, then, with that
pervasive use of such yummy code throughout.

All these differences between Python, wxPython, wxWidgets-specific,
personal, recommended coding styles make me wonder why we don't use random
capital/non-capital letters to define a method name, such as:

def IAmsoEtHinGVEryEASytOrEad(self):

I won't personally abandon the StudlyCaps style, whatever the PEPs are
saying and whatever PEP means...
