It seems to need VC8 style, then move your mouse cursor onto a tab, move away (that seems to cause the problem) then when go onto it again and away again ..... you will see more and more of them.
I'll update SVN trunk and 2.8 as soon as I am able to reproduce the
bug... Unfortunately I don't have Vista, so I don't know if it is
platform specific or not.
Just checked on my XP box and I see the same problem on there.
